All new and very old translators have to check cvs.php.net -> phpdoc -> en
-> functions. Here is the only place where the version number should go
into the German translation.

Ask Egon Schmid <eschmid <email protected>> but be carefull. He is an Oberschwabe
living in Stuttgart.
