Hello all,

hope the attachment gets through sice I'm not subscribed to the mailing-list
(I prefer the Newsgroups).

Please. find enclosed a modified README.win32, which hopefully gives more
support to new Win-users. Could somebody please check it, and if it's OK,
commit it to CVS?

For an easier check: What I've done:

- Replaced the outdated link to the Docbook-Reference,
- Deleted the paragraph about RPMs (not needed on win-boxes),
- added note for Docbook XML and Jirka's Posting (didn't find this
  in the Mail-archive, so wasn't able to link directly :(
- wrote some notes on configure-options
- modified the date in the footer
