[PHP-DOC] outdated manual downloads From: Hojtsy Gabor (gabor <email protected>)

Hi!

I looked into the build-hu.log to investigate,
why our autogenerated docs are so old (may 14!!!).
I thought that it must be some problem in the xml files.

But:

Seems that there is some misconfiguration there.
Please somebody who is familiar with these things, correct it.
