[PHP-DOC] Documentation for OCINewCollection ( English )... From: Andy Sautins (asautins <email protected>)

   So I wrote the patch to add collections to the OCI8 extension of PHP.
I've had every intention of doing the documenation, but I looked today and
all the functions are there marked "comming soon".

   My question is, are those automatically generated? If not, how would I
find out who created those so I could get some feedback on the
documentation/examples that I have written.
