[PHP-DOC] FAQ needs updating From: Hojtsy Gabor (goba <email protected>)

Hi!

We need some people with wide enough knowledge to update all
the paras of the FAQ. It is nearly useless in it current state.
90% of the information is for PHP3, the links are outdated,
and so on. Now it is easy foe everybody to contribute some
time to get this updated and function as a real usable FAQ.

For translators: Please do not translate the FAQ part. It
would be dawdled time to spend on the work. Belive me.
