I thought the same, but then the many mails came into my mind,
asking that what link should be followed on that page. A
http://cvs.php.net/co.php/php4/INSTALL?r=latest format would
be absolutely good. Of cource pointing to the latest release. Isn't
there a syntax like this in Chora?
