I'd say: remove complicated/nasty code people submit. The php manual is not
the place for such 'hints'. Sometimes it's best to summarize the pointe
(after a notes-discussion by users...), submit that yourself, and remove the
whole discussion. Notes should be short and to-the-point. Eventually of
course they should be incorporated, but one or two-line notes are much more
likely to be incorporated than others... If there is a useful example though
with a function which hasn't yet an example... it would be nice to add it to
the manual.
