I downloaded the English version of the Windows Help File manual-en.chm, clicked on it and I got the message:

hh.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows....

I do not get this problem clicking on other help files.

It would appear this one is corrupted in some way. I downloaded it successfully twice.
