[PHP-DOC] Polish translation From: Leszek Krupiński (d <email protected>)

Hello

I want to participate in translation of manual into Polish. As
I've seen there's some user marked in CVS as "Polish manual
translation", but I haven't heard that someone is working on
that.

In Poland there are two groups, which are working independly -
maybe (if I'd get CVS account) I'd try to arrange their work,
because now their work is doubled.

And I want to ask for few things. First of all, when should I put
translation into CVS: when I'd translate one chapter? Function?
Whole current manual?

Second question: which files should I translate? Those in
phpdoc/en directory?
