OK, i'll try to improve it some, as this way, it includes
the howto.xml, and other stuffs we need to eliminate, as
they use their own entity definitions. One of the goals
behind writing this script was to eliminate howto only
entities from the global.ent file, and move them to howto.ent.
The other was to remove unused entries, and flag old entities
only used in old translated files.
