this isn't rocket science. if a translation fails make test_man_gen,
the manual does not get updated. (the rebuilds happen every day when a
file in the translation has been touched, and unconditionally once a
week, just to be safe.)
if you remove an entity that a translation still refers to, that
version will not build. but it almost certainly doesn't matter,
because obviously no other updates have been made to that translation
or the translators would have noticed that their translation does not
build correctly.
