I have said, that there are only minor problems with cz, hu, ja, and
kr. To be precise, there are only three errors in the mentioned
manuals. All of them are some "non SGML character numbers" and could
be disregarded. I have no access to that software which actually
reports success or failure.

Which translator will look every day if his translation is updated
when he leaved the translation project two years ago? It is not
correct to say, there have been made no translation, if one or two
files are not uptodate. Other files could be translated and the
translator doesnīt get a glue, why his translation isnīt updated on
php.net/manual.
The errors I have seen are not critical, but have a look at "hk" and
"tr". If you can build them so blame SuSE and not me.
