Just checked the 4.0.6 win32 zip and there are two registry files
pws-php4cgi.reg for installing php as a cgi with pws or iis3
and
pws-php4isapi for installing php as an isapi module with pws or iis3
(although I'm not sure it will work as an isapi module with these servers -
the manual does say explicitly that ISAPI is not supported on IIS3 - and
since PWS on win9x is essentially the same code - I guess that wouldn't be
supported either).
