Ups, I used gif. It should be PNG :)) To be sure :))
I think a professional design from good designer would be
much better, than a "design" collected from free graphic.
IMHO it is not really time consuming to make a design
for the CHMs, as it is not really graphics intensive, so
if some designers have the time, please write to me!

We need to convert the function list to XML, and than
there is a problem of untranslated and even undocumented
functions there in that list, so there are some problems...
