Downloadable HTML Docs - Filenames should be limited to 31 chars.
Note that when the HTML version of the docs are downloaded, they do not work on a Macintosh, because some of the filenames are over the 31 character limit.
This means that when the zip file is extracted that the filenames get cropped, so the links to those pages do not work.
For example, this is too long:
language.basic-syntax.instruction-separation.php
