Hi!
As the usage of two entities is not explained in the conventions
list, I would like to ask, why we should use these instead of " and '?
What is that software limitation, we suffer from, that we cannot use
the much more convinient " and ' chars??? Is there is no, then why
we still use &qout; instead of " etc?
