Hi!
As I am working on the install.txt/install.xml files I have
found another para:
Download the latest version of the Microsoft Data Access Components
(MDAC)
for your platform, especially Microsoft Windows 9x/NT4 users.
MDAC is available at http://www.microsoft.com/data/ .
For what functionality this is needed on Windows? It is a thing
PHP can't work without, or just some extensions are using it?
Or the built in mysql extension maybe?
