[PHP-DOC] FAQ From: Hojtsy Gabor (gabor <email protected>)

Hi!

I have updated the FAQ the best I can. I am not experienced
in Unix Build topics, as I am using Windows, so I would like to
ask somebody to read through the questions and answers in
build.xml, and update them for PHP 4. Also there are some
questions in install.xml which may not be relevant for PHP 4.

This is still not the time for translators to get translations
starting, so please be patient for some more time. These
modifications generate unprocessable diffs for translators,
so you just make more work for you if you start that
translation...
