Looks very nice, good work Gabor :) Do you have some ideas to
include the index in other formats?

It is not your fault, but the numbering scheme in the table of
content for "V. PEAR: ..." is not correct. Here you can see 24, 25,
and XCIV. If someone find the error, please correct it.
