We can maybe generate the function list in alphabetical order
with the script generating the the funclist.txt. The only drawback
of this is that it is generating the list from the source, and
not all functions from the PHP source are documented.

There is a feature of the DSSSL style sheets now disabled:
generating the table of tables, table of examples, etc. These
can also be helpful.

Someone told me some months ago, that this is fixed in the DSSSL
and XSL style sheets, but both of them generates this faulty
output... :((
