I'll commit the scripts when it will be (nearly)
ready. This creation involves much more script files,
and support material (eg. CSS, graphics, JS), so
I'll create a "htmlhelp" subdir below phpdoc, and
put the things there. The reason I have not done
this already, is that the code is really in development
and it can change from hour to hour...

The notes will be in a separate CHM file, so for
example people who would not like to see notes,
do not need to download them, and people who would
like to download more than one language need not
download the notes more than one times. If the two
CHMs will be in the same directory, it will work
the same as it works now.

Many things are not implemented yet (eg. menu functions),
so this is not a thing that currently needs to be the
official version. Please stay with the actual build
process, until I can reach a point where we can say
it is allright, all things are working, and it can go
online for downloads...

Also there are many ideas from viewers, and I would like
to find a professional designer, who can make a really
cool look and feel for this version, as I am not a fan
of my design... It should be much better...
