I found a group of 4-5 people (and counting) from israel who would like to
translate the PHP menual to hebrew.
They wanted to start already but i told them that we should first ask if
someone else is on it and we should work with the same documentation tools
used to create the original/en menual. (I hope that it's the right place to
ask this)
so I ask you ...
