hi !
I found a group of 4-5 people who would like to translate the PHP menual to
hebrew.
They wanted to start already but i told them that we should ask first if
there is a work in progress on it and what documentation tools should we
use.
i have read http://cvs.php.net/co.php/phpdoc/README.translations?r=1.3
.. and after reading section "0" , i wrote this email ....
so i ask you ...
