Currently DocBook DTD is in CVS together with XML files and build
scripts. Adding customization to repository would mean that everyone
using phpdoc from CVS could use customization without any additional
setup steps.

But who uses phpdoc XML sources with other than provided customized
stylesheets?

I already sent some patch to support <pre class="php"> in HTML output.
If you tell me how precisely you want render <para role="seealso"> I can
modify this also. I personally prefer XSLT, but this is way to improve
myself in DSSSL.
