i've moved the list of users with access to cvs into a database to make
it easier for us to manage. there were, however, some users listed in
the cvs password file that didn't have entries in the cvsusers file
(which meant we didn't have email addresses or names for them). they
were:

  adonis, afortaleza, andrew, baerli, ben, bmcadams, delrom, dhahn,
  koistinen, kpielorz, manoj, melo, mitch, montero, murray, netvirtu,
  nomadmot, ogura, rocky, tedp, ufux

if you're in that list, you'll find yourself without cvs access now. to
have it restored, fill out the form at http://www.php.net/cvs-php.php to
let us know who you are! (and accept our apologies in advance for the
inconvenience.)

(if you aren't on that list, and find your cvs access not working, just
drop a note to group <email protected> and we'll figure out what's going on.
