As you subscribed, there are two automatic methods of being unsubscribed:

 - on the web at http://www.php.net/support.php
   . enter your email address,
   . choose the phpdoc mailing list
   . hit unsubscribe

 - with a blank email sent to phpdoc-unsubscribe <email protected>
