Nice design on the new manual, I am one of those looking forward to the inclusion of the user comments. As I was trying it out, I noticed a couple of issues.
While it looks great on screen, the layout is not very scalable. When I browse through the help files, I like to keep the contents/index/search/etc window open for easy navigation and searching. In the old manual, the content would "flex" depending on the width of the window - not so in this new version.

I can see this as being one of the big "this annoys the heck out of me" issues with the new manual.
