Well done...,
you might want to have a look to one of my tries at
http://www.kafkamedia.de/km/dyn/notes/index.php
where I tried to have a better look (e.g. syntax highlightning)
inside user-annotated-manual-notes.
There is a lot of stuff to change inside the user notes to get
compatible with any output.
I am looking foreward to download a working version of the new chm.
