[PHP-DOC] Broken manual files From: Olexandr Vynnychenko (supaboy <email protected>)

Hello phpdoc,

  I downloaded today
  http://www.php.net/distributions/manual/manual-en.chm (posted on 21
  Nov 2001). I looked through Contents tab and noticed that it's
  incomplete. There are some pages missing in Contents (and in Index
  too), for example XSLT functions.

  I also tried PDF file (from
  http://www.php.net/distributions/manual/php_manual_en.pdf.bz2,
  posted on 22 Nov 2001), and it's also incorrect. It has no
  bookmarks at all.
