I canīt believe it. You know, most of the translated files are not
in sync with the English files.

If the build doesnīt stop with "sed: can't read confdefs.h: No such
file or directory" grep through php.net/manual/en/build.log and look
for a "Sorry, TeX capacity exceeded".
