It is. Having connections and text to translate in one file
means, people need to copy the file to their language tree.
Then the connections can get out of sinc. This is solved
now for install.xml but I still don't know how to make this
with a nice step with install.configure.xml. It would be
nice to invent this *before* moving it to manual.xml.
