Hi!

I have a local copy of user notes for some time now to test
the new CHM manual with user notes inclusion. It is not up
to date, but the small stats I made may help people examine,
what is the big picture about user notes:

Files with notes : 941
Files without notes : 1803
Total number of notes : 5944
