Hi!

Some German people said, that they'll have a meeting at
the weekend, and there they'll thought over what would
be the right final place for install/configure/ini files
in phpdoc. What turned out? It would be nice to get the
final place, indexes, and other things for those files,
so translators will be able to start the translations.
