[PHP-DOC] XSLT manual build with gnome libxslt / xsltproc From: Hartmut Holzgraefe (hartmut <email protected>)

i gave this one a try yesterday and it looked very promising,
slightly slower on bightml than saxon but even about twice as
fast as openjade on the chunked html version,
BUT
it has problems with the localization stuff in the modular XSLT
stylesheets :(

No localization exists for "en" or "". Using default "en".
No "en" localization exists.
No context named "title" exists in the "en" localization.
No template named "book" exists in the context named "title" in the "en" localization.
No localization exists for "en" or "". Using default "en".
No "en" localization of "Editedby" exists; using "en".
No localization exists for "en" or "". Using default "en".
No "en" localization of "Copyright" exists; using "en".
No localization exists for "en" or "". Using default "en".
No "en" localization of "TableofContents" exists; using "en".
...

the manual is generated, but with a lot of empty places where
localized strings should be placed (like the navigation links
in the chunked manual)

has anyone else played with the gnome xslt stuff and nows how
to get it going?

i'd realy use this for manual generation as soon as we have
ported our dsssl stylesheet customizations to xslt for its
superior performance ...
