"The following is a complete list of options supported by PHP 4
configure scripts (as of 4.1.0), ..."

For a complete list, use ./configure --help

Please note that in the installation instructions there is what is
described as a "complete" list of configuration options but so far we
have spotted that --with-xml --enable-xslt --with-xslt-sablot are
missing and are only mentioned on the relavent function pages.
