Yasuo wrote good information but as you mentioned, it
needs a little rewording, and in simpler terms imho.
PHP understands these constant names in php.ini
and evalutes them according to value. Apache
does not do the same in httpd.conf, nor does
PHP pick up on them from there. But, I'm not fully
sure how this works.
Yasuo, can you explain a little more on how this works?
