[PHP-DOC] creating docs for ext/xmlrpc From: Dan Libby (dan <email protected>)

Hi,

Apologies if this is a FAQ or clearly stated in some obvious place I
didn't look. Can someone on this list point me towards some docs about
how to 1) create docs for an extension and 2) get them into the online
help system at www.php.net? Also, who does the translations? thx.
