[PHP-DOC] Warnings at commit From: Cornelia Boenigk (c <email protected>)

Hi all

When I want to commit a translated file I get a warning that the file
contains characters between 0x00 and 0x20 or above 0x80 and I am
requested to correct before commit. I do not use any tabs and I use
UNIX linebreaks.

So what to do? Ignore and commit anyway?

All German &auml; &ouml; ... are above 0x80.
