PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: Documentation code errer

Palm OS doesn't support UNICODE,
but PHP4 Documentation for Palm OS(both DOC and isilo format) encoded to
UNICODE, so I can't view Korean language in my Palm. (English has no
problem...)
