[PHP-DOC] Rejecting/Deleting Manual Notes From: Erica Douglass (erica <email protected>)

Hi,

I tried to remove some manual notes that aren't applicable to their
parent function, and all I got was a pop-up window that immediately
disappeared. I tried with both Mozilla and Internet Explorer. Is this
normal? I thought we were supposed to write down why it was rejected. I
am a complete newbie at this, so please feel free to just point me to a
document that tells me what should happen. :)
