Bug description: Missing option in german complete configure-options

Hi debugger :)

While trying to in install php i worked through the german 'complete' list
of configure-options and then tried to install it. after half an hour of
searching for several libraries, header-files etc. for my system, i found
out, that the --with-imap-ssl is not for my system, but --with-cyrus.
This option is not mentioned in the german complete list.
That was annoying *g*
