Bug description: Manual of filegroup() seem incorrect

Current manual page of filegroup() function said it "Returns the group ID
of the owner of the file", but in my Redhat Linux 7.2 box, it returns the
group ID of the file - if the group of that file is different from the
group of the file owner. I think this should be clarified.
