IMHO that the PDF is not complete is not a reason to mix up
things in the manual.

  #1 we will forget about this
  #2 this is after all not the right place to put this info,
     the tutorial is meant to be a short quickstart and not
     to contain detailed info about the manual...
  #3 it's also difficult to move user comments around

Please move this content where it belongs.
