nobody claimed that the translations are up to date

hey, even the english original is not up to date
(although we accept bug reports for that)

if you want to like to improve the situation by
joining the german translators you are welcome :)

Hi debugger :)

While trying to in install php i worked through the german 'complete'
list of configure-options and then tried to install it. after half an
hour of searching for several libraries, header-files etc. for my
system, i found out, that the --with-imap-ssl is not for my system, but
--with-cyrus.
This option is not mentioned in the german complete list.
That was annoying *g*
