The web page for Ming source listed on the ming summary page

   http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.ming.php

has changed. Currently the old address forwards to the new address, but
may not forever. The new address for Ming is:

   http://ming.sourceforge.net/

The php documentation should probably be updated.
