The predefined constants are moved to different extension reference
sections (where they belong). Only some core and standard constants
should be listed there...

php_manual_en.chm
downloaded 26 Aug 2002 is still missing Predefined Constants in the
List of Reserved Words appendix.

Appendix G -> Predefined constants is empty.
