As of right now it's only 267 pages (14 chapters). This number varies,
usually it's much larger and only part of the appendix is missing. Yes
there is a note that it's incomplete but not _this_ incomplete.
Reopening until this won't happen again.

I downloaded your PDF PHP manual, but it seems to be missing about 680+
pages. I only get pages 1-574.

Can you send me to a link with the full PDF document?
