Just thinking about adding new URL shortcuts to ease this type of advice.
I can think of two shortcuts needed to open new bugs for website and doc
problems:
http://php.net/bug/docprob
http://php.net/bug/phpnet
Is this ok, or do you have better ideas or you think that these
are not needed?
