Well, http://bugs.php.net/report.php is the URL to report bugs ;) We
can make it a bit shorter, like http://bugs.php.net/add or
http://bugs.php.net/new or http://bugs.php.net/report (or all the
three of them). Then this can be extended to have some shortcuts
automatically select the category:
http://bugs.php.net/new/docprob
http://bugs.php.net/new/phpnet
Or even shorter:
http://bugs.php.net/docprob
http://bugs.php.net/phpnet
Which would mean that we cannot pick existing PHP file names and
directory names as short names for categories.
What about these?
