I would like to know the FULL testing configuration for my BIG5 and GB
(gb2312) code detection using mbstring features as described in php.net
online doc.

So far I can't find any info about this.
This should include:
1. php.ini setup
2. example.

I feed the BIG5 string into the mb_detect_encoding function but still
return japanese code.
